Protests around Boston 10/17/2009 – Anti-War Rally

Saturday, 10/17, was a busy day for activists. While about 100 conservatives gathered in the Boston Commons to protest “Obamacare”, less than a mile away over 1,000 anti-war activists met at Copley Square. On the 8th anniversary of the Afghanistan war,  activists called for the troops to come back home and to end all US funded occupations.

Protests around Boston on 10/17/2009 – The Tea Party

Conservatives gathered in the Boston Commons on 10/17/2009 to protest against the Health Care Reform and the Public Option. About 100 people showed up to listen to prominent conservative doctors and activists speak their minds about the health care reform and Obama’s policies.
